Have a read of what Evie a regular private student of Zara:
"Zara is an inspirational dancer and an encouraging and lovely teacher.I have really enjoyed taking private classes with Zara and I feel I have progressed to another level in a matter of two months! Not only did she provide assessment of areas that needed improvement, but she also listened carefully to what I was keen to work on too. Week on week I could feel the improvement and I'm still working with many of the exercises Zara showed me.
Zara's authentic Egyptian style and wealth of knowledge shines through her teaching. Although we worked on perfecting technique, she also has helped me gain a deeper understanding of the art, an appreciation of the music, emotion and feeling.
Zara doesn't just explain the muscular movement, but also the feeling and expression within that movement. I feel that these lessons will be invaluable for many years to come. Thank you amazing Zara!"

Where are the classes held?
The classes can either be taken at my home studio in North East London or in the comfort of your own living room ( most average size living rooms suffice - a mirror is recommended but not essential).
How much are private classes?
This varies on the nature, location and the level
REGULAR (at least once a week) classes at my home start at around £25/hr
Coaching and one off tuition is more. see Coaching
How do the classes work?
The best thing about private classes is they are tailored to you! They take into account you aims, natural ability, past experience and level you wish to achieve.
Usually the classes are batched in to 8 week terms. For example if you were a beginner or wanting to work on the root of your dance by the end of 3 terms all the foundation moves would have been covered.
From there are an infinite amount of routes that could be taken: further technique, foot work, arm work, choreographies, different styles, performance skills, history, music, musicality and so much more - all taken from what you want and what you need to improve.
